Setup & Migration

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. We set everything up and manage it going forward. You always have a human to contact.

Can you move my existing site?

Yes. We migrate your site for free and make sure it works just like before—no downtime expected. We communicate every step of the way.

Is a domain included with every plan?

Yes — each plan includes a simple domain (a $30/year value). If you want a premium/vanity TLD or already own a domain, we’ll connect or transfer it for you. Want to see if it's available or qualifies? Check out our Domain Finder!

Do you provide email accounts?

We include email forwarding (aliases) and help you connect a mailbox provider like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Mailbox provider fees are separate and paid to them directly. Need help? Chat with us- we can help you with that!

Editing & Maintenance

What counts as a “small content edit”?

Quick changes like updating text or swapping a photo. Bigger changes (new pages, redesigns) are quoted as projects.

How do the two quick edits per year work?

They’re for small, quick changes (e.g., text tweaks, replacing a photo, updating hours or pricing). Need more? We can quote per change or set up an ongoing content management plan.

Can I edit my site myself?

Yes. We can set up a simple workflow so you can update text and images yourself for little to no extra cost (e.g., a shared folder or a basic Git workflow). Every plan already includes two 10‑minute edits per year, and for larger changes our active rate is $200/hour or we can create an ongoing content management plan.

Do you do daily backups? What does that mean for a static site?

Yes. We keep versioned copies of your site so we can roll back if something goes wrong (bad edit, deleted file, defacement). Static sites change less often, but backups mean fast recovery and peace of mind.

Pricing & Plans

What does “GB monthly transfer” mean?

We keep jargon out of the way, but this one maps directly to our costs. Think of it as simple math: page visits per month × page size. A typical page (with text and a few images) is about 5 MB, so that’s the example we use across the site. Your page might be smaller or larger depending on photos and media.

To keep it friendly, every plan includes a 10 GB buffer before any overage charges apply. If you do go past your plan + buffer, overage is $0.50 per GB. We’ll also recommend the best plan so you’re not overpaying.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s monthly transfer?

Your site stays online. We simply bill overage at $0.50 per GB after you go 10 GB over your selected plan’s transfer. We’ll also proactively recommend the best plan so you’re not overpaying.

Is there a contract?

Plans are billed on a yearly contract. You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you decide to move on, we’ll help you migrate your site smoothly.

Is there a limit to the size of my site?

For most clients, practically speaking—no. The total storage for your site (photos, videos, documents, pages, etc.) is included, and our typical target audience sites are between 1 GB and 5 GB. The more important metric is monthly data transfer (how much data visitors download when viewing your site). While our service does have a storage limit stated in the terms, it’s set high enough that our clients rarely, if ever, approach it.

How do you handle payment processing?

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor. No payment data is ever stored on our servers, and we never have access to your full payment information. All transactions are handled securely through Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems.

Technology & Scope

Do you support WordPress?

We specialize in simple HTML sites today. Managed WordPress hosting is coming soon for clients who need blogs, stores, or advanced features.

Do you use AI?

Yes— carefully. We use AI to speed up some parts of creating simple HTML pages (like scaffolding structure or drafting copy). A human reviews every site before it goes live to ensure links work, content makes sense, and the details are correct. We also encourage clients to use AI for drafting copy or ideas; we’ll polish it and make sure it fits your brand.

Do you handle single‑page apps (SPAs) or complex web apps?

We focus on fast, secure static sites (HTML/CSS/JS) to keep costs low and reliability high. SPAs and database‑driven apps aren’t part of our standard offering. If you need something more advanced, we’re happy to discuss options or refer you.

Support & Timeline

What are your support hours?

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Arizona time. We monitor uptime and handle urgent issues as quickly as possible; for non‑urgent requests we’ll reply by the next business day.

How fast can you launch a new site?
