Custom AI Application Build
Fixed-scope builds start at $40K. For situations where off-the-shelf AI workflows aren't enough and you need something purpose-built. Larger projects (agentic systems, voice platforms at scale, internal apps) are scoped after a discovery call. Billed separately from your retainer; the retainer then covers ongoing care of what we build.
Voice AI Agent
Inbound voice agents on Twilio plus realtime voice models. Answers calls, books appointments, qualifies leads, handles overflow. Pricing depends on expected call volume and integration complexity, so we quote after a short discovery. Available as an add-on on any tier.
Document Automation Projects
Have a document workflow that doesn't fit inside a monthly automation? We scope it as a separate project: requirements review, format analysis, fixed quote. Smaller volumes fit inside Essentials or Operator. Anything above ~1,000 pages per month is quoted individually so we only take on what we can stand behind.
