AI Concierge FAQs
How is this different from just hiring someone to set up ChatGPT?
ChatGPT setup is a one-time event. AI Concierge is ongoing operations. We build workflows that run automatically inside your business every day, so your staff doesn't have to remember to use the tool. We also maintain and improve those workflows as your needs evolve and as better models become available. And we're model-agnostic: we use Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Perplexity depending on the task, rather than whatever's easiest to resell a seat on.
Do I get to choose which AI model you use?
We make that call. You're paying for results; model selection is our problem. We pick the right model for each task and switch when something better ships. If you're curious what's running, we'll tell you. But the decision stays with us. That's what keeps things working when providers change pricing, update APIs, or have an outage.
What happens to my business data?
Your data stays yours. We configure per-client workspaces and projects with each provider, so your data isn't commingled with other clients. We don't train providers on your data (all major providers have opt-out options we configure by default). For regulated industries (legal, medical, financial), we discuss data handling specifically during the AI Audit before any workflows go live.
What does "included AI usage" mean?
We pay the AI providers directly, so you never see a separate API invoice. On Essentials and Operator, typical SMB text workflows (lead triage, email drafting, review responses, document summaries) are covered. We absorb the API cost. On Embedded, you get $1,500/mo of included usage. Two workloads always live as add-ons regardless of tier: voice AI agents and high-volume document parsing. Those are the only categories where usage actually moves the needle, so we scope them separately with transparent per-unit pricing.
What's the minimum contract length?
AI Essentials and AI Operator are 6-month minimums. AI Embedded is 12 months. Building and tuning AI workflows takes time to generate real, measurable ROI; month-to-month retainers don't serve anyone well here. After the minimum, plans renew monthly until canceled with 30 days notice.
What kinds of businesses fit AI Concierge?
Phoenix and Scottsdale service businesses with 3–30 employees doing $500K–$10M/year. HVAC, med-spas, law firms, accountants, home services, property managers, small clinics, independent agencies. The common thread: real repetitive work (lead intake, quoting, follow-ups, document processing, review responses) and no technical staff to manage it. We're not the right fit for early-stage startups or businesses that want to own and operate the AI tools themselves.
How does this relate to Tech Consulting?
They're separate services. Tech Consulting is project-based: you have a specific technical challenge, we scope it, build it, and hand it off. AI Concierge is an ongoing retainer where we're your AI operations partner month after month. They complement each other: AI Concierge clients who need a larger custom build go to Tech Consulting for that scope, then the deliverable rolls into their retainer for ongoing care.
What if we want to stop the retainer?
After your minimum term, cancel with 30 days written notice. Everything we've built for you is yours: prompt libraries, workflow configs, integrations. You own it and can take it with you. We'll document everything clearly during offboarding so you're not dependent on us to keep it running. That said, most of what we build is tightly integrated with our infrastructure, so you'd want a technical resource to maintain it.
