Marshland Business Agents for Claude.ai

14 ready-to-use Claude projects that handle the daily admin for a small service business.

You don't need to learn how to code, hire a VA, or duct-tape eight tools together. You need fourteen claude.ai projects, set up once, that draft your replies, chase your invoices, and write back to that 1-star review before you've finished your coffee.

If you run a small service business (plumbing, landscaping, a salon, a photography studio, an accounting practice, contracting, anything where the phone rings and the email piles up) you already know where the day goes. It goes to the inbox. To the quote you forgot to follow up on. To the customer who's been waiting two days for a reply because their email got buried under twenty others. To chasing the invoice from March.

This pack is fourteen ready-made claude.ai projects that take that work off your plate. They live inside your Claude account. They read like you, reply like you, and only send anything after you say "yes, send it." There's no new app to learn, no monthly subscription on top of Claude, no engineer required.

If you can copy and paste, you can install these.

Most service-business owners I talk to are losing the same hours every week to the same handful of tasks:

  • The inbox eats the morning. Real customers get buried under newsletters and noise.
  • Quotes go out, then go quiet. Nobody chases them. That's tens of thousands of dollars a year, walked.
  • A 1-star review sits on Google for three days because you don't know how to reply without making it worse.
  • Invoices from sixty days ago aren't getting paid because nobody wants to send the awkward second nudge.
  • The morning's first half hour is spent just figuring out what's actually on fire today.

Each project in this pack is built around one of those pain points. Open it, ask a question in plain English, get a draft you can edit and send.

Each one is a Claude project: a system prompt that knows your business, knowledge files with your prices and voice, and a short README that walks you through setup. Grouped by what they do for you.

Daily inbox & leads

  • Inbox TriageSorts the morning's email and drafts replies in your voice. The "I just sat down with coffee" agent.
  • Lead ResponderDrafts a personalized reply to every new lead within minutes, not the next afternoon when they've already called the next guy.
  • Follow-Up NudgerFinds threads where someone owes you a reply (4–60 days) and drafts a polite, no-pressure nudge. This one alone usually pays for the pack.
  • Cold Lead ReactivatorOnce a quarter, wakes up dormant leads from 60–180 days ago with a real hook, not a "just checking in."
  • Complaint HandlerWhen a customer is upset, drafts a calm, careful reply and surfaces the actual decisions you need to make.

Money in, money out

  • InvoicingDrafts invoices and deposits, then chases unpaid ones on a tone-adjusted ladder: friendly at 7 days, firmer at 30, decisive at 60.
  • ExpensesCategorizes receipts and vendor bills from email, files PDFs in Drive, updates a running spend sheet. Your accountant will love you.

Customers, calendar, content

  • Customer FilesKeeps a Drive folder per customer and recalls their history before you reply. No more "remind me what we did for them last summer."
  • Appointment ConfirmerDay-before reminders. If someone needs to reschedule, finds three real open slots and offers them.
  • Scheduling AssistantTurns "what time works for you next week?" emails into three real options and creates the invite when they pick one.
  • Review RepliesDrafts thoughtful replies to reviews: gracious for 5-star, careful and human for 1-star. Pairs with Review La La for the asking side.
  • Social ContentDrafts a weekly batch of social posts from recent job photos. Captions sound like you, not a marketing intern.

Daily ritual & high-ticket

  • Morning BriefOne daily message with today's calendar, money, and the emails that actually need a reply. Replaces the first 30 minutes of your day.
  • Proposal BuilderTurns a short brief into a branded proposal doc and an email draft to send it. For the $5K+ jobs where the proposal matters.

Three of the projects are free under MIT. Install them, see if Claude sounds like you, and decide from there. Enter your email and we'll send you the download.

  • Inbox TriageSorts the morning's email and drafts replies in your voice.
  • Follow-Up NudgerFinds threads where someone owes you a reply and drafts the nudge.
  • Review RepliesDrafts replies to your Google/Yelp reviews, 5-star to 1-star.

There's no app to download and nothing to host. Each project lives inside your existing claude.ai account as a Project (you've probably already used the feature for a recipe collection or a writing helper).

For each project you do three things:

  1. Create a new Project in claude.ai and paste in the system prompt we give you.
  2. Connect Gmail / Google Calendar / Drive / Stripe, whichever that project needs, using Claude's built-in connectors. Click, sign in, done.
  3. Upload the knowledge files (your prices, your voice samples, anything specific to your business). We give you the templates; you fill in the blanks.

Each project takes about 20 minutes the first time. After that, you just open it and ask. There's no code, no servers, nothing to maintain.

One thing to know up front. The whole pack hinges on Claude sounding like you, not like a corporate assistant. The voice-training guide is a five-minute read that makes the difference between embarrassing AI replies and replies your customers can't tell you didn't write yourself. Read it before anything else.

Review Replies handles the reply side: what to say back when a review comes in. The other half of the equation is asking for reviews in the first place, which is where Review La La comes in. It's our standalone tool that texts customers a review request after a job, then guides happy ones to Google and unhappy ones to a private form so you can fix it before it becomes a 2-star.

The two work well together: Review La La gets the reviews, this pack drafts the replies. They're sold separately and neither requires the other.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you can copy a block of text and paste it somewhere else, you can install these. No terminal, no GitHub, no developer tools. You download a zip, open the files, and copy-paste them into Claude.

What if I don't use Gmail? I'm on Outlook / Apple Mail.

Honest answer: today, the email-connected projects work best with Gmail because Claude's Gmail connector is the most mature. Most projects can still be used by pasting an email in by hand; it's slower, but it works. Outlook support through Claude is improving and we'll update the pack as it does. If you're on Apple Mail with iCloud, the paste-in workflow is the path for now.

Does this work for my kind of business?

If you run a service business where customers email or call, you book jobs, you send invoices, and you sometimes get reviews: yes. We've built and tested this with plumbers, landscapers, salons, photographers, accountants, contractors, and a couple of solo therapists. The voice-training step is what makes it fit your specific industry. If you're unsure, grab the free 3 and try Inbox Triage on your real inbox.

Will Claude actually sound like me, or like a robot?

This is the question. Out of the box, Claude sounds polite-corporate. The voice-training guide walks you through pasting in 8–12 of your real past replies as samples. Once it has those, the drafts come back sounding like you on a normal day. You'll still want to skim every reply before sending. That's the point. You're the editor, not the writer.

Is my customer data safe?

Your data stays in your Claude account and your connected services (Gmail, Drive, etc.). We don't host anything. We don't see your inbox. Anthropic's standard data policy applies to the Claude side. If you're on a paid claude.ai plan, your conversations aren't used to train models. If you handle protected health or financial data, talk to us before installing; there are extra steps for HIPAA-style work.

Can I cancel? What's the refund policy?

It's a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel. Once you buy, the projects are yours. If you install them and they don't work for your business, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you. No forms, no "explain why."

Is this Claude Code, or claude.ai? What's the difference?

This is claude.ai, the regular chat product at claude.ai you sign into in a browser. Claude Code is a separate developer tool. If the words "Claude Code" mean nothing to you, you're in the right place. This pack is for the chat product.

How is this different from Zapier or Make.com?

Zapier and Make are great for "when X happens, do Y": moving data between apps automatically. They don't write replies for you, they don't have your voice, and they don't think. This pack is the opposite. Claude reads your email, drafts the actual reply, and waits for you to say send. You can absolutely use both. They solve different problems.

Does this run by itself overnight, or do I have to be there?

On regular claude.ai, you open the project and ask: "triage my inbox," "any new leads?," "morning brief." It's not background automation. The 30 minutes of work becomes 30 seconds of reading plus a few clicks. If you want truly hands-off (e.g., a Morning Brief emailed to you at 7am every weekday), the pack includes the setup pattern for it.

What if I get stuck installing?

Each project's README has the steps and a short walkthrough video (coming soon). If you'd rather skip the reading and have us do it with you on a screenshare, that's the Done-For-You add-on ($250 on top of your pack). About 30 minutes, both of us on a call, and you walk away with everything live. Book here.
