AI Audit for Phoenix Businesses: Find Out What AI Can Actually Do for You

$750. One week. Fixed fee.
We interview your team, map your 10 most-repeated workflows, and deliver a written recommendation: exactly where AI saves you time and money, and where it doesn't. No retainer required.

The $750 credits toward your first month of any AI Concierge retainer. If you don't continue, you still walk away with a clear, actionable assessment of AI's real potential for your business.

Actual Work, Not a Discovery Call

We spend real time with your team, look at your actual workflows, and deliver a written recommendation grounded in your specific business. No generic AI overview you could have found in a blog post. No veiled pitch for the next thing we want to sell you. If AI isn't worth your money right now, the report will say that.

Why the audit costs $750, and why that's the point

Free consultations attract window shoppers. A $750 commitment attracts business owners who are serious about actually changing how their business operates. We get better information from people who have skin in the game.
Free AI consultations end with a pitch deck, a list of tools you could find on Google, and a follow-up call dressed up as strategy. The ROI numbers are invented. Nothing in the output is specific to your business.
The AI Audit delivers a written map of your 10 most-repeated workflows, an honest read on which ones AI can actually improve and by how much, specific recommendations with time and cost estimates, and a prioritized starting point. If something isn't worth pursuing, the report says so directly.
It's also how we qualify the relationship. We learn your business. You see how we work. By the end of the week, both sides know whether an ongoing retainer makes sense, without a six-month contract hanging over the conversation.

What's included in the AI Audit

One week. Four things we hand you at the end of it:

Owner & Staff Interviews

2–3 hours of structured interviews with you and key staff members. We ask about what you do every day, what takes the most time, what's most error-prone, and where you feel like you're falling behind. We listen more than we talk.

Workflow Map

Your 10 most-repeated business workflows documented clearly: inputs, outputs, steps, time spent, current tools. This alone is useful regardless of whether you ever touch AI. Most owners have never seen their operations written out this clearly.

AI Opportunity Assessment

3–5 specific AI opportunities identified, with honest ROI estimates: time saved per week, estimated implementation cost, complexity level, and whether off-the-shelf tools or custom automation is the right approach. Prioritized by impact-to-effort ratio.

Written Recommendation

A clear, jargon-free document delivered at the end of week one. Plain language. Specific recommendations. Honest about what won't work. Yours to keep, share with your team, or use to get a second opinion. No follow-up sales call required.

Who the AI Audit is for

We work best with Phoenix and Scottsdale service businesses that fit this profile:

HVAC, med-spas, law firms, accountants, home services, property managers, small clinics, independent agencies. Any Phoenix or Scottsdale service business where repetitive work eats time.
3–30 employees. Small enough that you don't have a dedicated IT or ops team, big enough that there's real workflow to improve. One-person shops aren't a good fit yet; 200-person companies need a different kind of partner.
$500K–$10M/year. Past the survival stage. Enough volume that saving two hours a week on a process actually compounds when you're running 50 jobs a month.
You've heard enough about AI to be curious and not enough to know what's real. Maybe tried ChatGPT once, found it unreliable for your actual work, and moved on. That describes most of the businesses we talk to.
If you have a technical team or you want to own and operate AI tools yourself, we're not the right fit. Same goes for ChatGPT training requests or early-stage startups still figuring out the business model. Nothing wrong with any of that. It's just not what we do.

What happens after the audit

The audit stands on its own. Three natural paths forward from here:

Start an AI Concierge Retainer

The $750 audit fee credits toward your first month. We already know your workflows, your team, and your priorities, so we can start building immediately instead of spending another month in discovery. For most businesses in this size range, AI Operator ($3,500/mo) is the right starting tier.

Take the Report and Think About It

No pressure to decide during the audit week. Take the recommendation, discuss it internally, get a second opinion. We'd rather you start a retainer when you're actually ready than sign one because we caught you at the right moment.

Decide AI Isn't the Right Move Yet

That's a legitimate outcome. If your business isn't at the right stage for AI investment, we'll say so in the report, and tell you what to fix first so you will be. You still walk away with a clear workflow map and an honest assessment. That's worth $750 regardless.

Book your AI Audit

Come with questions. Leave with a clear picture of what AI can actually do for your business in Phoenix, plus a $750 credit toward building it.

AI Audit FAQs

What do you need from us to get started?

Access to the people who do the work: ideally you (the owner) and 1–2 key staff members who handle the most repetitive tasks. A few hours of their time across the week. No preparation required; we'd actually rather you don't over-prepare, since we learn more from how you naturally describe your work. If you have existing tools (CRM, scheduling software, accounting), we'll want to know what they are, but you don't need to set anything up or share access.

How is the deliverable formatted?

A written document, clear enough that any member of your team can read it without a translator. Workflow map section, AI opportunity section, and recommendations section. Plain language, no jargon. We also include a brief summary of what we explicitly ruled out and why, so you know the assessment is complete rather than cherry-picked.

How does the timeline work?

We kick off on Monday with an intro call and the first interview session. Remaining interviews happen Tuesday and Wednesday. We write and review Thursday. You receive the document Friday. One week, door to door.

What if we decide not to move forward with a retainer?

The audit stands on its own. You own the deliverable and there's no follow-up pressure. We'd rather you start a retainer when you're actually ready than sign one because we kept calling.

How is this different from a free consultation?

A free consultation is 30–60 minutes, high-level, and ends with a proposal. The AI Audit is a week of actual work: structured interviews, real workflow analysis, and a written deliverable. Free consultations are how you sell to someone. The AI Audit is how you help someone. The $750 pays for the latter.
