These three are the best ones to start with. They cover the highest-frequency tasks (daily inbox, weekly follow-ups, ongoing reviews) and give you a clear picture of whether Claude works for your business before you spend anything.

The three free agents

  • Inbox Triage
    Sorts your morning email by priority and drafts replies in your voice. The workflow: open the project, type "triage my inbox," read the drafts, click send on the ones that are right. Most mornings that's 20 minutes of work in 3 minutes of reading.
  • Follow-Up Nudger
    Finds every thread where someone owes you a reply (anywhere from 4 to 60 days old) and drafts a polite, non-pushy nudge for each one. Run it once a week. This one alone tends to recover quotes and invoices that would otherwise go quiet forever.
  • Review Replies
    Drafts replies to your Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews. Gracious for 5-star. Careful and human for 1-star, with a built-in pause before sending so you don't reply when you're annoyed. Nothing sends without you clicking send.

Install in three steps

  1. Open claude.ai, create a new Project, and paste in the system prompt from the README.
  2. Connect Gmail using Claude's built-in connector. Click, sign in, done.
  3. Upload the voice sample doc (a short doc with 6–8 of your real past replies). This is what makes Claude sound like you instead of a corporate assistant.

Each project takes about 15–20 minutes the first time. After that, you just open it and ask.

The voice doc matters. Out of the box, Claude drafts politely-correct replies that don't sound like you. Five minutes filling in the voice template is the difference between "AI slop" and drafts your customers can't tell you didn't write yourself.

What you'll need

  • A claude.ai account (free tier is enough to try; Pro is better for daily use)
  • Gmail (Google Workspace or personal) for Inbox Triage and Follow-Up Nudger
  • Google/Yelp/Facebook reviews to reply to for Review Replies
  • No code, no terminal, no developer tools

Questions

Is there really no catch? Why are these free?

No catch. The prompts and knowledge file templates are MIT-licensed. We built them, they solve a real problem, and giving three away lets you judge whether the paid tiers are worth it without taking our word for it.

Do I need a paid claude.ai plan?

No, but Pro is recommended if you're using Inbox Triage or Follow-Up Nudger daily. The free tier has usage limits that you'd hit quickly with a real inbox.

What's the difference between these and the paid packs?

Core ($97) adds Lead Responder, Morning Brief, Customer Files, Appointment Confirmer, and Invoicing. Complete ($147) adds six more on top of that: Proposal Builder, Expenses, Social Content, Cold Lead Reactivator, Complaint Handler, and Scheduling Assistant. The free three handle the highest-frequency tasks. The paid ones handle everything else.
