Proposal Builder. Type a short brief ("kitchen remodel for the Hendersons, 4 weeks, ballpark $18k, three options"). Get back a branded proposal doc and a cover email. For jobs over $2K, this is the difference between winning and losing on professionalism. Most plumbers and contractors are sending one-paragraph quotes by text. Yours arrives looking like a small architecture firm wrote it.

Expenses. Forward your receipts and vendor bills. They get categorized, the PDFs get filed in Drive in a clean folder structure, and your spend sheet gets updated. Your accountant will think you hired someone.

Social Content. Drop in a few job photos from this week. Get back a batch of social posts (caption + hashtags + suggested platforms) drafted in your voice. Built for trades and visual service businesses where "I should post more" is the eternal undone task.

Questions

Should I just buy Core first and upgrade later?

You can. Core is $97, Complete is $147 right now. There's no upgrade discount, and when this sale ends Complete goes back to $247. If you're pretty sure you want even 2 of the 6 Complete-only Projects, Complete is the cheaper move.

Is 14 Projects too many?

Probably, if you try to install them all at once. That's why the pack ships with a 4-week phased schedule. Most owners run 5–7 Projects regularly and the others sit ready for when they're needed.

Does the Proposal Builder work for my industry?

It's been built and tested for service trades, photographers, salons, contractors, designers, and consultants. The template is industry-agnostic and you fill in your services in the knowledge file. If your jobs have line items, options, and a price, it works.

What if I want help installing it?

What's the refund policy?

The files are delivered as a zip. If a Project genuinely doesn't work for you in the first 14 days, email josh@marshland.software. We'd rather sort it out personally than fight a chargeback.
