Honest list, so you can pick the right tier:

- No Complaint Handler for upset-customer drafts

Is this software I install on my computer?
No. These are templates that live inside your own claude.ai account. You're not installing anything on your machine. You paste a system prompt into a new claude.ai Project, connect Gmail/Calendar/etc, and upload a few knowledge files. The README walks you through it.
Will this send emails without me knowing?
No. Every Project drafts to Gmail. You review and send. Nothing leaves your account without you clicking send.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can copy-paste and follow a 1-2-3 README, you can install these. There's no code. The hardest part is filling in your brand voice doc, and there's a guide for that.
What if Claude updates or changes?
You own the output Claude generates — that's yours to use however you want. The files themselves are commercially licensed for your personal and business use, not for redistribution. If a better version of a prompt ships, you get the update. If Claude changes a feature, the prompt still works as a starting point you can adjust.
What's the refund policy?
The files are delivered as a zip. If something genuinely doesn't work for your business in the first 14 days, email josh@marshland.software and we'll sort it out. No forms, no "explain why." We'd rather have a happy email than a chargeback.
